Welcome reception

The reception will take place on Sunday 1st July 2018 from 18:00 till 20:00 at The Egg.
Access to the reception is included in your registration fee but you need to confirm your attendance while registering.

Gala dinner

The gala dinner is planned for the evening of 4th July 2018 at an exciting location in Brussels.

Participation to the gala dinner is not included in the registration fee. Tickets are € 60 (incl. VAT) per participant and can be bought while registering for the congress.

Participants who are registered and cannot attend the dinner are requested to notify the welcome desk. Gala dinner tickets can be refunded if they can be sold to another participant.

Please do not forget to wear your badge.

Best of Brussels: Historical heart walking tour

We invite you to share a particular cultural itinerary: the discovery of the "must-sees" of our capital's beating heart. 19h30: The history of Belgian beers – beer tasting
20h: 2nd part of the guided walking tour (Grand place, Galeries Royales Saint Hubert, Bourse, Sainte Catherine)
20h30: Chocolate tasting: 1 praline pp
20h45: End of the guided tour in the city center

Brussels comic strip (optional tour)

Brussels is the world capital of the comic strip, and famous comic characters like Tintin and the Smurfs are actually Belgian. Brussels is proud of its comic book tradition, and throughout the city’s streets you can find scattered giant murals signed by the most creative comic strip artists. Our guides will take you to discover the most beautiful examples of this street art in «the comic strip trail».

A comic strip and a specialist guide as your host at the start of your walk will make it a memorable visit!

18h-19h30: Guided walking tour. You will see among other: Tintin Mural Painting, Lucky Luke Mural Painting: one of the most recognized characters of the comic book. Gaston Lagaffe, Blake and Mortimer and many others… all in the city centre!!
19h30: The history of Belgian beers – beer tasting
20h: 2nd part of the guided walking tour (Asterix and Obelix, The Sailor Boy…)
20h30: Chocolate tasting: 1 praline pp
20h45: End of the guided tour in the city centre
